Crew Management

Crew management encompasses the recruitment, deployment, training, crew costs monitoring, and ongoing management of officers and ratings engaged on vessels under our management. All recruitment is handled through our local office in Riga, Latvia and we work closely with two main recruitment partners located in Latvia and the Philippines.

Experienced crew can be supplied for all ship types of all sizes, product and chemical tankers.
